Inner World and inner peace - 4 days to go

想像自己身處戰亂的國家,生命隨時受威脅,每天活在恐懼中。我們身處社會沒有戰亂,生命沒有受威脅,有時也感到恐懼及缺乏安全感:例如會否失去工作、如何改善家庭、擔憂孩子的升學將來、是否有足夠的金錢、如何與心愛的人繼續一起等等,也會因做不到自己期望而感到壓力。戰亂不在外而是在內。
這些恐懼壓力也是能量一種。透過愉快的活動如放假、運動、聽音樂和孩子玩耍等等,這些恐懼壓力能量會排出身體,讓我們健康面對生活。如果恐懼壓力累積到某個程度,身體未能正常排出,心理開始不舒服了。
Imagine you live in a warzone. Life is being threatened in every minute and live in the fear everyday.  Hong Kong is not in war zone, our life are not being threatened in every minute. Sometimes we still feeling the fear and lack of security: for example, whether I would lose my job, how to improve my family relationships, worry about children’s education and future, whether we got enough money, how to be with our loved one forever etc. Moreover if we cannot do something that we expect, we would feel the stress. The warzone is not in outer world, it’s in inner world. Fear and stress are kinds of energy. Through some joyful activity e.g. vacation, physical exercise, listening to music or playing with kid etc, these fear and stress can be removed from our body, to let us live healthy. If the fear and stress is in a high degree that cannot be removed from body, we start feeling discomfort psychologically.

回想以前我在銀行工作實在太忙了,未留意恐懼壓力增加,除了沒有做些事去減壓,反而為完成更多的工作而放棄休息,結果恐懼壓力像溫水煮蛙,到自己未能正常工作才發現自己出事了-患上抑鬱症。
When I was working in the bank 3 years ago, it was so busy and did not realize my fear and stress were increasing. I did not do anything to release my stress and I even gave up the rest  to finish the extra workload. Finally the fear and stress is like the warm water and keep boiling, until I was not capable to do the normal work. This is how I got depression.

回復正常後,我決定要找一個方法,讓我和我的孩子不再受抑鬱症的痛苦。就在此時,遇上了老師。起初也是跟著老師的指示做,慢慢發現它原來就是我要找的心靈良藥!跟老師學習,讓我了解我的內在,也慢慢了解孩子的內在-他所面對的障礙和壓力。療癒法讓我有效舒緩孩子的功課社交壓力,讓我知道如何協助他進步,也讓我清除自身的恐懼壓力,學會如何正面處理壓力。
After to normal, I decided to find a way that my son and I would not suffered from depression again. At that time, I met my teacher. At first I just followed his simple instructions, gradually I found that it’s the way that I am looking for to avoid depression again!  Teacher’s teaching lets me understand my inner self, and gradually understand my son’s inner self - his obstacles inside and his stress. Healing lets me know how to relief my son’s stress from homework and social, I know what to do for his improvement as well as I know how to deal with my own fear and stress and know how to handle stress in a positive way.


我不斷介紹老師給大家,是因為我受過的痛苦,也許您或您身邊的人也正在努力面對,很想告訴大家其實一切的問題也有解決方法,只要我們願意開放自己去認識一些新事物。而老師的療癒法便是我面對恐懼壓力的方法,願您和您身邊的人試試。
I keep introducing teacher to all of you, as you or people around you may be working hard to handle the suffering that I experienced before. Hope to let you know every problem with a solution, we just need an open mind to know something new. And my teacher’s healing is the way that I use to manage my fear and stress, wish you and people around you can have a try.
